The Metropolitan Museum of Art has announced that the Met Gala annual ball has been postponed indefinitely. The "Fashion Oscar" was supposed to be on May 4th. Its theme was About Time: Fashion and Duration - guests had to dress up in costumes-interpretations of the time idea in fashion. Unfortunately, when we would see what comes out of this, is not reported yet. In an internal email received on March 16 by employees of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, it was stated that in addition to closing the museum before April 4, management decided that “out of respect for the orders of the [Center for Disease Control] all programs and activities of the [Metropolitan Museum of Art] until May 15 will be canceled or postponed, ” including Met Gala.
